Camrack - Ensemble Push Back

Reverse gravity or push back pallets, LIFO/FIFO

The Push Back racking system allows dynamic management of merchandise through a single aisle. It is an efficient solution for loading different products while limiting product handling. This storage option is ideal for simplifying replenishment and inventory management.

The operation of this racking system is very simple. Each pallet that enters the rack pushes on the previous one in order to bring in the entire stock. At pick-up, the operation is reversed, i.e. the system will bring the pallets back to the aisle. As in a drive-in system, the first pallet stored is the last one to go out. However, the push back system allows products to be stored on different levels to facilitate unloading operations from the aisle.

Dynamic accumulation pallets (Flow rack)

The flow rack storage system allows you to optimize the use of your storage space while increasing productivity in your warehouse. This system works with gravity, which means that the shelves are slightly inclined and equipped with rails with casters in order to move smoothly from the point of entry to the point of pick-up. The flow rack system offers a better rotation of goods since the first unit stored is the first to be picked.

Because the flow rack structure is very sturdy, it is very resistant to abuse and can accommodate heavy loads. This storage system is ideal for companies with significant picking activities or for those who store perishable products or pharmaceuticals. The flow rack is available in single or double bays and multiple levels.

The upright is essential to any type of racking system. This welded or bolted assembly is offered in 13 – 14 Ga. Several upright designs and profiles are available: welded, bolted, structural or tear drop.

The beam is the centerpiece for pallet support and can be adapted to your different needs in terms of length and capacity. It is offered in two types of 14 GA profiles; rectangular (Box Beam) and with shoulders (Roll Step Beam). These beams are manufactured to be compatible with either the Camrack system (the Canadian Standard) or the Tear Drop system (the USA Standards).

The spacer is used to connect two rows of racking systems, in order to increase their stability. Installing spacer is very quick, it also ensures optimal clearance between two palettized loads that are stored back-to-back and improves the ratio of stability of the racking system.

The purpose of the protector is to protect the upright from any direct impact that may occur from a lift operator. It helps avoiding future repair costs that would have been required without the use of a protector. Protectors are available in a variety of models, depending on your needs. Feel free to contact us anytime to evaluate the circulation flow of your lift truck operators to determine which protector could suit you best!

The push back system allows the loading of different products on each level of the racking while maintaining direct access to the storage units.

The flow rack system offers a better rotation of goods since the first unit stored is the first to be picked.
